This website is operated by Altus Digital, a software and web development agency based in Zagreb, Croatia. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02Using this website

You may read, print and share the content of this site to inform yourself and to evaluate our services. You may not:

• use the site in a way that disrupts it or interferes with other visitors
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system

The design, code, text and layout of this website belong to Altus Digital unless stated otherwise. Trade marks, logos and product names of third parties belong to their respective owners.

04Portfolio and client work

Screenshots and descriptions of client projects are published with those clients' knowledge and remain their property. They are shown to illustrate the work we do; nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

05Enquiries do not create a contract

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to anything. An engagement begins only when both parties sign, or expressly agree in writing to, a proposal, quote or contract.

Any prices or ranges shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.

06Third-party links and services

This site links to websites we have built and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any site we do not operate.

07Availability and accuracy

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising out of them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
